International Admission Requirements
Admission Method:
The admission process is carried out either through direct admission or by applying via the admission portal, following the established admission plan of DNC International Medical Faculty (NIMF).
We hope you’ll join us.
Prospective students must meet one or more of the following criteria to be considered for admission:
- Graduates from International High Schools Abroad: Students who have completed their high school education outside of Vietnam.
- Enrollment in International Programs within Vietnam: Students currently enrolled in recognized international programs at any schools in Vietnam.
- Standardized Test Certificates: Applicants holding certificates from standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, A-Level, or International Baccalaureate (IB).

Selection Criteria:
The selection process will be based on the following criteria:
- Academic Performance: Candidates must demonstrate a strong academic record, evidenced by their Grade 12 performance or the average academic performance per semester, achieving good standing or higher.
- Interview: All applicants will undergo an interview conducted by the academic committee to assess their suitability and readiness for the academic programs offered at DNC Medical University.
- English Proficiency: Applicants must provide evidence of English language proficiency through one of the following:
- IELTS score of 5.0 or higher
- TOEFL score of 60 or higher/ or an equivalent certification
Applicants who have graduated from high schools in countries where English is the primary language are exempt from this requirement.
Application Documents:
Applicants must submit the following notarized documents as part of their application package:
- Priority Application Form: A duly completed priority application form.
- Passport Copy: A notarized copy of the applicant’s passport, which must be valid for at least 12 months from the date of application.
- High School Transcript/Diploma: A notarized copy of the high school transcript and diploma obtained from an international institution.
- Equivalence Certificate: A notarized copy of the certificate of equivalence to a Vietnamese high school diploma, ensuring that the applicant’s foreign qualifications are recognized within Vietnam.
- Standardized Test Certificates: Notarized copies of relevant standardized test certificates (SAT, ACT, A-Level, IB) for applicants who are applying based on these qualifications.
- English Proficiency Certificates: Notarized copies of international English proficiency certificates, if applicable.
- Health Certificate: A valid health certificate, confirming the applicant’s physical fitness to undertake university studies.
